The LCHA Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Program is one the federal government's major program for assisting Low-income, the elderly, and Disabled Families to afford decent, safe, and sanitary housing in the private market. Since housing assistance is provided on behalf of the family or individual, participants can find their own housing, including single-family homes, townhouses, and apartments throughout LCHA's jurisdiction.

Family Self-Sufficiency (FSS) Program is a program that enables HUD-assisted families to increase their earned income that will enable participating families to achieve economic independence.
