Rent Café is a web-based portal that allows information to be exchanged and processes to be completed online without paper forms or applications.
Rent Café is a safe and secure, product of Yardi Housing Software. It will be used to:
- Communicate with your LCHA Certification Specialist
- Complete annual re-certifications
- Complete interim re-certifications
- View your rent portion
- Pay your rent online
- Access inspection status
- View maintenance records
- Submit maintenance service requests
Additionally, you will complete your annual certifications online and report any changes between scheduled certifications, such as: changes in income, family composition, expenses, and so much more!
