HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE COUNTY OF LAKE, ILLINOIS
NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING

The Board of Commissioners of the Housing Authority of the County of Lake, Illinois, will hold a Special Meeting Thursday, March 25, 2021 at 11:00 a.m.

Lake County Housing Authority, with guidance by counsel, has determined that an in-person meeting or a meeting conducted under OMA is not practical or prudent because of the COVID-19 pandemic and the inherent dangers. Consequently, this meeting is being held as a teleconference to protect the health, safety, and welfare of the staff and public. LCHA's administrative personnel will attend the Special Meeting physically at the Authority Offices, 33928 North US Highway 45, Grayslake, IL 60030.

Public comments may be submitted by email to publiccomment@lakecountyha.org or by leaving a message at (847) 223-1170 ext. 2320. Comments received by 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, March 25, 2021 will be read at the appropriate time in the agenda. Public Comments are limited to three minutes. All comments received will be included in the meeting minutes regardless of whether they are read aloud at the meeting.

The meeting will be open to the public in accordance with the Open Meetings Act, 5 ILCS 120, and will be accessible to individuals with disabilities in compliance with pertinent state and federal laws upon notification of anticipated attendance.
