TAP / Security Deposit Assistance
The Security Deposit Assistance Program is being replaced by TAP: the Tenants Assistance Program.
In the Summer of 2024, LCHA Housing Counseling will launch TAP, which will offer assistance to Lake County renters with delinquent rent or security deposit.
This program is funded by the IDHS Homelessness Prevention Fund, and is required to adhere to the qualifications and requirements set out by this funder.
