TAP / Security Deposit Assistance

TAP: the Tenants Assistance Program

TAP is no longer accepting applications. 

We have exhausted funding for the 2024/2025 year.

We anticipate that we will re-open the application portal in July 2025.

TAP offers assistance to Lake County renters with delinquent rent or security deposit.  

This program is funded by the IDHS Homelessness Prevention Fund, and is required to adhere to the qualifications and requirements set out by this funder.
