Marion Jones Redevelopment
Lake County Housing Authority Board of Commissioners and David A. Northern Sr., Executive Director/CEO are pleased to provide you with an update of the Marion Jones Redevelopment Project. The new development will be named “Brookstone at Coles Park” and “Regency at Coles Park”.
We are excited to announce that first quarter 2017 will be an eventful one, as we transition from extensive planning to groundbreaking. Our closing date is February 15, 2017. The groundbreaking ceremony is scheduled for March 3, 2017 and will feature the many people who have made this great project possible. We look forward to celebrating this momentous occasion with all our partners and supporters.
