      • Final renovations on the last two units at John Kuester Manor (301 and 302) are in progress. The building inspector was on site last week and is waiting for the rough openings for the attic firewall pass-through hatch to be delivered from Wisconsin. Anticipated delivery date is July 17th.

      Discussion of minutes of meetings lawfully closed under this Act, whether for purposes of approval by the body of the minutes or semi-annual review of the minutes as mandated by Section 2.06
