Liz Werning is the Manager of Housing Counseling Programs for LCHA and HUD-Certified Housing Counselor # XTXV0E. Since 2018, Liz has provided workshops and individual counseling services to the Lake County community regardless of demographic, income, or residency status. Liz is proficient in foreclosure prevention services, pre-purchase counseling, lease analysis, financial literacy, eviction mediation, housing assistance programs, and is especially passionate about fair housing, tenant's rights and the expansion of affordable housing in Lake County.
