Erica came to LCHA in 2020 under the FERA rental assistance program, and has since transitioned to Housing Counseling full-time.  As a bilingual speaker, Erica provides a vital lifeline to Spanish and English speaking residents of Lake County, Illinois looking for guidance with affordable housing, rental assistance programs, lease analysis, or creating budgets and savings plans.
