CDC Extends eviction moratorium through June 30th, 2021
The CDC has announced a nationwide eviction moratorium in effect through June 30th, 2021.
The temporary moratorium on evictions extends vital protections to tens of millions of renters at risk of eviction for nonpayment of rent during the global pandemic.
Renters MUST provide their landlord with the following declaration form in order to be protected by this nationwide order:
