New HOTMA Resources for Residents
The Housing Opportunity Through Modernization Act known as "HOTMA" was signed into law in 2016.
After numerous amendments, final changes to the US Housing Act of 1937 have been completed and will be enacted beginning January 1, 2025.
Significant changes have been made to income calculation, net family assets, and income reviews.
