Workshop - Applying for the CBRAP program

Tenants and Landlords! Come learn about Court Based Rental Assistance!

The CBRAP pays housing providers directly for delinquent rent (up to $10,000) in an effort to avoid eviction.  

For housing providers, CBRAP is an incredible opportunity to make you whole while reducing the burden of participating in eviction court.

For tenants, CBRAP could mean keeping your home, avoiding eviction and/or a costly judgement. 

All tenancy types are covered (market rate, voucher, subsidized, public housing, etc.), with the qualification that the tenants must be renting a unit in Illinois and must have an active eviction case caused by their non-payment of rent.

Join LCHA's Housing Counseling department on 4-30-2024 at 1pm for a Zoom workshop on the application process and qualifying for CBRAP.
