LCHA is excited to announce its transition to a web-based portal that allows for information exchange and processes to be completed online without paper forms or applications.

The portal will make it easier for tenants to:

• Update your contact information
• View your rent portion
• Review your income, assets, and other household information
• Complete annual and interim recertification

The portal will make it easier for landlords to:

• Update your bank account information
• View your detailed HAP payment ledger
• View your unit inspection results
• View tenant caseworker information
